We know that, 1 minute = 60 seconds
60 minutes (1 hour) = 60 × 60 = 3600 seconds
24 hours (1 day) = 3600 × 24 = 86400 seconds
365 days (1 Year) = 86400 × 365 = 31536000seconds
$31536000 = 31536 \times {10^3} = \frac{{31536}}{{10000}} \times {10^3} \times {10^4} = 3.1536 \times {10^{3 + 4}} = 3.1536 \times {10^7}$ seconds.
