(I) 31/2^2 * 5^3. Here, since the denominator is of the form 2^n * 5^n, the above number is terminating. Similarly, (II) 50 can be written as 5^2 * 2, (III) 625 = 5^4 and (IV) 1000 = 5^3 * 2^3.
