• Increased physical and psychological tension.

• Impatience.
Behavioural Effects: Stress affects our behaviour in the form of:
• Eating less nutritional food.
• Increasing intake of stimulants such as caffeine or excessive consumption of cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.
