RDA is RECOMMENDED DIETARY ALLOWANCE. It is the estimated amount of a nutrient (or calories) required per day considered necessary for the maintenance of good health by Food and Nutrition Board of National Research Council/National Academy of Sciences. DV is PERCENT DAILY VALUE on the Nutrition Fact levels per serving of food. For example, 10 % level of Mg means the serving provides 10 per cent of the daily requirement of Mg based on 2000 calorie diet for healthy adults.
