Potential resources are those resources which are found in a region but they have not been utilised on the other hand developed resources are those resources which are surveyed and their quantity and quality have been determined for the utilisation

1) POTENTIAL RESOURCES = Resources found in a region but have not been utilised. Eg :- Uranium in Ladakh. 2) Developed resources = Resources which have been surveyed and quantity and quality has been estimated and determined for utilisation. Eg :- Oil reserves in the Middle East.
