If unit potential is applied between two end of conductor and unit ampere current is flowing in the circuit.Then the resistance of conductor would be 1 ohm.

The SI unit of resistance is ohm. The resistance of a conductor is said to be 1 ohm if 1 V of potential difference makes a current of 1 A flow through it. ie, 1 ohm = 1 V / 1 A.
