p (x) = 8x^4 + 8x^3 - 18x^2 - 20x - 5. g (x) = (x + √5/2) (x - √5/2) = x^2 - 5/4. Now, on doing p(x) /g(x), we get quotient = q(x). Factorize q(x) to get the two other zeroes.
