Specific feedback provides detailed, or specific information on what the employee did well or poorly. For example “the way you crafted these articles to fit togethre to take the client through the sales process is very good”.
In general, negative feedback loops allow systems to self-stabilize. You saw an example of a feedback loop applied to temperature and identified the components involved. This is an important example of how a negative feedback loop maintains homeostasis is the body's thermoregulation mechanism
