Zero because all charges in opposite direction then it's resultant is zer

If you assume the sides of square as =a , then net electric feild at center will be 2√2kq/a^2 or ( 2 root 2 ka/ 'a'square. And the direction, is the same as the direction of resultant feild of elctectric feild of +2q and -2q.
