The correct name of the ruler was Mohammad Ghori and not Mohammed Gohri. The commander in chief was Qutub-ud-din-aibak, who became the first of the Sultans of Delhi establishing the Slave Dynasty also known as the Mamluk Dynasty. He established the dynasty after the assassination of Mohammad Ghori. Mamluk Dynasty was established in Northern India which lasted till 1526.
