*In Germany , the responsibility of the unification was taken by Prussia while for the unification of Italy, Sardinia Piedmont took thr responsibility. * In Germany, chief minister Otto Von Bismarck became the chief architect of this process while in Italy, chief minister Cavour became the architect. *Bismarck used the method of blood and war and he fought 3 wars while Cavour did a tactful diplomatic alliance with France. *The process of unification of Germany completed in 1871 while in Italy, it was completed in 1861. *After the process of unification was completed, in Germany William I became the king while in Italy Victor Emmanuel II became the king.
