A layer of air consisting of gases, mist, raindroplets, smoke, fog and many other particles which acts as an umbrella which seperates the earth from the nearby space is called atmosphere. It is divided into 5 namely TROPOSPHERE, STRATOSPHERE, MESOSPHERE, THERMOSPHERE and EXOSPHERE.
