Social needs means those which provide a feeling belonging to the employee. Esteem needs are higher needs like status, recognition, rewards (show-off kind of samjh lo). Self actualization needs are giving priority to your passion or vo sab krna jisse aapko khushi mile. It does not include job related thing. Hope it helps :)
