1.Blood is passes through filteration unit in kidney called nephron. 2.Then it passes through Bowman's capsule's in glomerulus tubules also known as ultrafiltration. 3.Water(As per need of body),Amino acid and glucose all are reabsorbed known as reabsorption. 4.Secretion of Excess water urea, salt and nitrogenous waste all of this made up urine.

Urine is formed in the kidneys through a filtration of blood. The urine is then passed through the ureters to the bladder, where it is stored. During urination, the urine is passed from the bladder through the urethra to the outside of the body.
