1. Different level of govt. Govern the same citizen 2. There are two or more levels of govt. 3. Accomodate social diversity 4. Court have power to interpret the constitution , Highest court act as an empire 5. The jurisdiction of the respective level of govt. are specified in the constitution

1) in a federal form of country, the different levels of government have their own jurisdiction even when they are governing the same citizens. 2) the revenues of the levels of government are clearly specified in constitution. 3)the court has power to interpret constitution and power of government. 4) fundamental provisions cannot be changed by anyone level of government. 5)the jurisdiction of each tier of government is mentioned in the constitution.
