cos∅/ (1-sin∅) multiply with 1+sin∅ in both numerator and denominator, cos∅×(1+sin∅)/(1-sin∅)×(1+sin∅) = cos∅(1+sin∅)/1²-sin²∅ [ 1=sin²∅+cos²∅ therefore 1-sin²∅ = cos²∅] cos∅(1+sin∅)/cos²∅ = 1+sin∅/cos∅
