Collectivisation was a policy under Joseph Stalin goal of this policy was to consolidate individual land and labour into collective farms.From 1929 the party forced all peasants to cultivate in collective farms (kolkhoz). Peasants worked on the land and the kolkhoz profit was shared. Hope this is helpful for you??
