On 31st august 2020 a machine that was purchased on 1 jan 2018 for 5000( included in 1,20,000) was found to be obsolete and was scrapped for 500 . Depreciation was charged @10 % p.a on reducing balance method on 31 dec every year prepare machinery A/c fpr first three years
