Illiterate and unhealthy population are a liability for the economy because:- 1. An uneducated person is not aware about health and hygiene. 2. An uneducated person cannot make better use of other resources. 3. A unhealthy person cannot spend more time working in comparison to an healthy person. 4. Thus, these people become a liability & leads to unemployment.
