= 2x^2 + 7x + 5 root 2 = 2x^2 + 2x + 5root 2x + 5 root 2 here factors are 2x and 5 root 2x = 2x( x + 1) + 5 root 2( x + 1) = (2x + 5root2) and (x+1) there fore x = -5 root 2 upon 2 i.e. - 5 upon root 2 or -1
