In a first decade of 20th century,the whites erected a system of racial discrimination against the blacks.They set up where the blacks were denied the fundamental rights of freedom.In the last decade 20th century,the system was overturned.The policy of apartheid was uprooted and a new non-racial democratic goverment was installed to set up equal rights.

In the first decade of 20th century there was a system racial segeration against black people.It was most inhumane system In the last decade of same century that system had been replaced by a system that is recognised as rights and freedom for all the people
