Civil code of 1804 is also called as napoleanic code In this code all priveledges by birth,guild restriction removed, guild restriction abolished, equality before the law are introduced and right to property is given, freed peasants from serf dom, transport and communication system is improvef, freedom to middle class. It was expanded to the region under his control later on such as in the Dutch republic , Switzerland and much of the Italy . It abolished the feudal system and freed peasants from serfdom and manorial dues.

Civil code of 1804 is issued by Napoleon Bonaparte and it is also known as Napoleonic code . It has taken away all the privileges based on birth , established equality before the law and secured the right to property . It was firt introduced in France under Napoleon . It was expanded to the region under his control later on such as in the Dutch republic , Switzerland and much of the Italy . It abolished the feudal system and freed peasants from serfdom and manorial dues.
