Given: ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral To Prove: ABCD is a rectangle Proof: angle A = angle c (parallelogram) angle A + angle C = 180° (opposite sides of a cyclic parallelogram is supplementary) 2 angle A =180° angle A = 90° One side of the parallelogram is 90° Therefore ABCD is a rectangle

In a cyclic IIgm opp angles are supplementary. But opp angles are equal in a IIgm. So x+x=180. x=90 In a IIgm if an angle is 90 then it is a rectangle.
