Fracture is a bone injury which occurs due to the direct hit with equipment or fall on the ground. In fracture, the bone breaks into two or more parts. Sometimes, it comes out of the skin and damages internal organs also by entering into it. -> There are six types of fractures:- 1. Simple Fracture:- In simple fracture, the bone is broken at one place. 2. Compound Fracture- In compound fracture, the bone is broken and it comes out of the skin by tearing it. 3. Complicated Fracture:- In complicated fracture, the bone is broken and the broken bone damages the internal organs. 4. Greenstick Fracture:- Greenstick fracture occurs in children because they have soft bone. In greenstick fracture, the bone bent. 5. Comminuted Fracture:- In comminuted fracture, the bone breaks into three or more pieces. It is very dangerous. Ex- Motorcycle race, etc. 6. Impacted Fracture:- In impacted fracture, the bone is breaks and enters into the another bone.
