c-ss , ms street Mumbai The editor Hindustan Times Mumbai Subject:- Need To Obey Traffic Rules Respected sir, I want to draw your attention towards the disobeying of traffic rules in our city . People don't wear helmets when going through highways and they don't put seat belts when driving on the road. Due to this, they are facing a number of accidents. Only in a single day, about 2-3 days of accidents used to register. I implore you to give place to this article based on safety traffic rules in your prestigious newspaper.
