Prudential reasons means विवेकपूर्ण कारण :- power sharing helps in reducing conflicts between various social groups and it is necessary for maintaining harmony and peace. Moral reason नैतिक कारण :- maintaining the spirit of democracy is moral reason for power sharing

Moral reason 1) power sharing leads to the stability of democracy 2) social conflict always lead to violence, power sharing prevents social conflict 3) Imposing the will of majority on minority may look like an attractive option, but in the long run it undermines the unity of the country. 4) the domination of majority is not just oppressive for minority, it brings ruin to majority as well. Prudential reason 1) power sharing is the very spirit of democracy. 2) It is good for democracy 3) people wish to be ruled by representatives elected by them.
