There is no doubt that Bholi's teacher helped her overcome social barriers by encouraging and motivating her. It was her teacher's motivation that she had the courage to cancel her marriage when the groom insulted her father

Bholi was a girl who suffer a lot because of her face and absent mind behavior but she is a very good girl which is shown on her innocence . The social attitudes which are presented in the story bholi are : 1. Dowry is a crime . 2. Every girl have right to study . 3.don't judge someone by their face or voice ,best way to judge someone by their education or knowledge. Bholi 's teacher teaches bholi about all these social issues that is the only reason bholi talk about herself . In that way bholi's teacher politely help her to overcome these barriers.
