Advantages of making dam are (1) threr is the supply of electricity to the factory and the of that area (2) farmer can do irrigation if dam is nera his filed. Disadvantages of bulinding dams are (1) The tribal community people's have to leave there house for making dam which they did not want (2) The water source for the tribal community is only the river so after building dam they did not get water
