let 2 digit at ones place =y and tens place =10x

no = 10x+y

ATQ (10x+y)8=3(10y+x)

80x+8y=30y+3x

77x - 22y=0

7x - 2y=0..................... i

x-y=5 ..................ii

from i and ii we get

x=2

y=7

no is 27

to check 8x27=3x72,   216=216
