Aaaa.... That's a property of magnets. Not only north poles repel but same charges also repel. You also heard that, opposites attract and may be experienced in your real life also. It's not necessary that every thing attracts every other things, it may repel also. Well.... That's a good question keep it up ???

As like poles repel each other whereas unlike poles attract each other and hence north pole and north pole being like pole they repel each other

North poll doesn't get attracted with other magnet's North pole because like polls always repel each other.
