400m track are specialized all weather rubberized running surfaces used for an assortment of track and field competition. With lanes designed to be 400 m in lenght from start to finish 400m running tracks are the most commonly used track size that can easily accommodate for competitive sprint lenghts of 100m,200m and 400m. 400m running tracks have an inner radius of 119'9"/36.5m, an overall lenght of 580'5"/176.91m, width of 303'6"/92.5m and area of 157,092 ft²/14,594m². All running tracks have lane width of 4'/1.22m. Types of tracks: Synthetic, grass and turf, dirt, asphalt and carbon track or unborn mineral ( cinder).
