In a document, "all the occurrences" of the word "this" have to be changed to "these". "Replace option" is suitable for this and "Ctrl + H" is the shortcut command used for it.
Explanation:
The user can choose to find and replace option to "replace a text in a Word document". The shortcut key combo for find and replace is Ctrl + H or Function Key F5.
This will invoke the “Find and Replace dialog box". Here the user then types in the word or words they are looking for and what to replace it with.
Then the user should click the “Replace All” option. The Word will go through the entire document and replace the text and when complete, it will display the details.
