Adding the clauses to the Constitution of India is the method of making additions to the nation's fundamental law or supreme law. In India, the constitutional amendment plays a very significant role because they help the nation to adopt new methodologies with time in favor of the citizens. After the enactment of the Indian constitution, several provision has been added to the list with time to make the functioning of the country smoother. For example as an act of amendment third tier has been added such as the local government and also the instance of directive principles.
