Let the measure of the required angle be x°.
Then, the measure of its complement =(90−x)°.
And the measure of its supplement=(180−x)°.
Therefore,
7(90−x)=3(180−x)−10
⇒630−7x=540−3x−10
⇒4x=100
⇒x=25
Hence, the measure of the required angle is 25°.
