    *Agriculture and industry are not exclusive of each other. *Agriculture and injustry go hand in hand because industry is depend on agricultural products for the raw material from which industry makes the finished goods from them. * Industries provide agricultural products to the agriculture sector such as pvc pipe tractor etc. *Agricultural development is only possible due to the support from the manufacturing industries.

    The agro-based industries depend on agriculture for raw materials and sell their products such as fertilisers, insecticides, irrigation pumps, PVC pipes, machines and tools, etc to the farmers.

    The industrial sector provides employment to the excess labour (labours who are actually disguised unemployed) in the agriculture sector.

    Thus, development and competitiveness of manufacturing industry has not only assisted agriculturists in increasing their production but also made production process very efficient.

    Thus, it can be concluded the agriculture and industy move hand-in-hand.

    (1) if the production of industries increase the agricultural production will also increase as it provides them raw materials such as jute, cotton ,silk etc. (2)they are dependent on each other as industries make products like fertilizers ,pvc pumps, insecticides ,pesticides and farmers purchase them for improving their production and then later provide better raw materials to them.(3) agriculture increases the industrial market as different industries are present for beverages ( like mango juice industries) ,some are there for making snax for children like potato chips ,some are there for making silk products like silk shadi etc
