The statement " When France sneezes ?" is said by austrian chancellor Duke Metternich . Metternich said these words because liberals of Europe would get inspired by the revolutions of liberals in France overthrow. Monarchy, conservativism and aristocracy and form their elected government. Metternich remarked that " the rest of Europe catches cold " Because by this remark he referenced two events. 1. One of the event was the rebellion started by people of France. Which will soon landed entire Europe in a mess. 2. Another was the the France had direct impact with Europeans
