As we know like charges repel each other so why in nucleus of an atom protons do so ? Why they do not come out of nucleus?

It is the electromagnetic force that causes repulsion between like charges, so that protons should all repel each other and nucleus is blown apart. The weaker forces play an important role in nuclear processes even though these are less powerful in comparison to electromagnetic forces.
