  (3a + 3b) (2a – 2b)

= 3a ( 2a - 2b) + 3b ( 2a- 2b)

= 6a2 -  6ab + 6ab - 6b2

= 6a2 - 6 b2

Put  a = 2 and b = (-2)

= 6(2)2 - 6(-2)2

= 6(4) - 6 (4)

= 24 - 24

= 0
