Mandela mentions that every man has twin obligations. The first is to his family, parents, wife and children; the second obligation is to his people, his community and his country. 2. ... He feels that both the oppressor and the oppressed are robbed of their humanity.

"Nelson Mandela" is the "first president" of a "liberated South Africa" from its colonial masters. He was the "face" of the "anti apartheid system" after being jailed for nearly "3 decades" and after being released in 1990, he became the "first black president" in "1994". He spoke about freeing the country from the "oppressive apartheid system", from bondage, poverty, hunger, discrimination and deprivation. Nelson Mandela spoke about two twin obligation for any citizen one on a personal level that includes his own obligations towards his family, children, parents and striving for personal growth. Another is targeted obligation towards the community, the country and its people.
