AB+CD=AD+BC

 

Proof :

 

AP=AS

 

PB=BQ

 

CQ=CR

 

RD=DS (the length of tangent drawn from an external point to a circle are equal)

 

AP + PB + RD + CR = AS + BQ + DS + CQ

 

=>AB + CD = AD + BC

 

Hence proved
