Malpractices & fraud used during the polling of vote Example:- in Mexico when PRI was the pooling booths were shifted from one place to another so, that people find it difficult to cast their vote.. this is the example of using of malpractice & doing fraud in tge polling.

(ii)It includes stuffing ballot boxes by a few persons using the votes of others;

(iii)recording multiple votes by the same person; and
