We wash our hands and sanitize our hands in every half hour or one hour . Keep the house neat and clean. And regular sanitize our home. Avoiding to go outside. Eat healthy food avoid eating junk food. Wake up early in morning and do yoga. In evening take fresh vegetable juice.
