Solution: Given AB=6 cm, BC=4 m, QR=28 m. To find:PQ. In ∆ABC and ∆PQR. Angle B= Angle Q= 90°[ Vertical]. Angle ACB= Angle PRQ [same angle on both, from sum]. By AA Criterion ∆ABC ∆PQR Corresponding sides of similar triangles are in proportion AB/PQ = BC/QR = 6/PQ = 4/28. PQ = (28*6)/4 = 42 cm. Height of tower = 42m
