This is happening when a question is useless for everyone ....and wants to this type of questions are not come to the next time.......and then the app is banned that person's ID which posted this useless questions and this all is happening by the people mora than 2 when more than 2 people complains to this useless question then the user's is ban only for 30 days from the homework help section,then that user do not post any questions and do not answer any other questions......
