What were the changes that took place after the French revolution in France?

1)     The French Revolution led to the end of monarchy in France. A society based on privileges gave way to a new system of governance where equality and liberty was given preference.
2)   The Declarations of the Rights of Man during the revolution, announced the coming of a new time. The idea that all individuals had rights and could claim equality became part of a new language of politics. 

3)   These notions of equality and freedom emerged as the central ideas of a new age; but in different countries they were reinterpreted and rethought in many ways. 

4) The lifestyle of the people also changed as the class distinction broke down. .

After the French Revolution following changes happened - not as many aristocrats left, of those that remained - their wealth & power was curtailed, as was the wealth & power of the church, life improved for common people......
