Subject: Replacement of a faulty television
Last month I bought a Samsung TV from your shop. It had warranty of two years and I made a full payment at the time of purchase. But now I find that some of the features are not working properly. There are colourful shadows on the sides of the screen and they are not being adjusted. Also, there are some buttons on the remote that are not working.
I request you to kindly arrange for the replacement of the TV at the earliest as it is causing a lot of inconvenience. Thanking you in anticipation.
