Let the breadth of rectangle be "b"....

So, length of rectangle = 2b...

Also, perimeter = 30

i. e. 2(l + b) = 30

So, 3b is 15

So, b is 5 and l is 2*5 = 10.....

Area of rectangle

= l*b = 10 * 5

= 50 cm^2
