Let the angle be x
Complementary angles : A pair of angles whose sum is 90° are called complementary angles.
Complement of x = 90-x
We are given that an angle is 10 degree more than one third of its complement .
So,%3D10%5C%5Cx-30-%5Cfrac%7Bx%7D%7B3%7D%3D10%5C%5C%5Cfrac%7B2x%7D%7B3%7D%3D40%5C%5Cx%3D%5Cfrac%7B40%20%5Ctimes%203%7D%7B2%7D%5C%5Cx%3D60)
Complement = 90-x = 90-60 = 30°
Hence The greater angle is 60°
