Mean = Sum of the data/ number of data

= (20 +14 + 6 + 25 + 18+13+19+ 10+ 9+12)/10

= 146/10 = 14.6

20, 14, 6, 25, 18, 13, 19, 10, 9, 12
Rearrange the series in ascending order- 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 25
Find the middle one out- 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 25
Median = (13 + 14) ÷ 2

= 27 ÷ 2 = 13.5
