Sn= np+n(n-1)q/2 S(n-1)=(n-1)p+(n-1)(n-2)q/2 Now, Sn-S(n-1)=Tn So, Tn=p+(n-1)q T(1)=p. T(2)=p+q So common difference = T(2)-T(1)=q {Ans.}
